The Eight Factors of Corporate Trust were born long before AI entered the scene. In the 1990s and 2000s, Rich Hoffmann and his partners refined these principles while building strategic alliances across technology, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
Their original white paper was published in July of 2001 entitled, “Alliance Metrics: What CEOs and CFOs Should Know About the New Metrics of Performance Partnering“. It’s purpose was to define what was perceived to be immeasurable in the exploding field of corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and human collaboration.
That paper became the core platform, brand, and primary driver of business development for their Fortune 500 consulting and professional services company, AllianceVista Corporation, for the next seven years.
